Privacy policy.

AIXO Architects (“we”) respects your personal data and complies with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and what your rights are.

1. What we collect

When you send the contact form we keep your name, phone number or LINE, email (if given), project location, approximate area, budget, preferred start and the project details you share with us.

2. How we use it

To contact you about your project
To prepare a quotation and work plan
To coordinate the work if you engage us

We never sell, rent or share your data with others for marketing.

3. Legal basis

Your consent given in the form, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

4. How long we keep it

If you do not engage us, we keep your data for no more than 2 years from your enquiry and then delete it. If you do, we keep it for the duration of the project and as required by law.

5. Cookies and third-party services

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and maps from Google Maps, which are Google services covered by Google's privacy policy.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, a copy of, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.
